As a passionate wellness advocate with over 20 years experience, Rachelle Munro combines her knowledge of fitness, yoga , mindfulness and healthy living to positively inspire and change lives.

Rachelle runs Mindful Personal Training sessions in Berry and Shoalhaven Heads. Her passion and knowledge will not disappoint.

Rachelle’s well-known RM Sunrise Sessions are held during school terms at the Berry Showground. This outdoor boxing and functional training group is a great way to keep healthy and stay motivated all throughout the year as well as a nice way to meet other down to earth, like-minded locals.

Rachelle also offers RM Yoga + Mindfulness Workshops and Day Retreats where you will learn to connect body and breathe and enjoy the effects of being present and slowing down. A welcomed change from the fast pace of life.

THE REAL MOVEMENT is Rachelle’s online wellness platform where members enjoy the benefits of her knowledge and motivation from the comfort of their own home with ON-DEMAND workouts, yoga flows, stretch and align sessions, mindfulness practices, exclusive recipes and more. This is a game changer!

Wellness in the Workplace is a program that Rachelle runs with small businesses and large corporations to improve the wellbeing of staff, boost team morale and create a positive environment at work.
