RM Breathwork

In my candlelit Breathwork workshop I aim to help you regulate your nervous system and bring a sense of groundedness and contentment to your daily life experience whilst shedding unnecessary stress carried within the body. These sessions include 10 minutes of gentle yoga movement and will help you create some space and a sense of calm.
